services. These do not establish an employment relationship.

You agree all data you provide is true and complete. BuximoTax is not responsible for
errors caused by incomplete or inaccurate information.
3. Payment Terms
Full payment is required before filing or delivery unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Turnaround Time
Tax returns are typically completed within 72 hours. Bookkeeping takes up to two
weeks, depending on complexity.
5. Responsibility & Liability
We prepare your documents based on provided data. BuximoTax is not liable for
penalties or interest from client-supplied errors.
6. Communication Policy
All official communication comes from contact@buximotax.com or secure platforms
(Google Drive, TaxDome, or the BuximoTax App).
7. Confidentiality
All client data and communications remain confidential and are used solely for service
delivery.
8. Dispute Resolution
Disputes are governed by Texas, USA law. We aim to resolve matters amicably
before legal steps.
